Panyapiwat Institute of Management (PIM) and Singapore Management University (SMU) took a significant step in their collaboration by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on February 10, 2025,This partnership aims to foster academic and professional development through joint programs, case study development, student exchanges, and collaborative research.
The signing ceremony was graced by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sompop Manarungsan, President of PIM, and Mr. Eddie Tritton, Executive Director of SMU Executive Development, who highlighted the importance of this collaboration in enhancing academic and professional connections between the two institutions.
Key areas of cooperation include executive education programs, postgraduate initiatives, and study trips between Bangkok and Singapore. The agreement also explores participation in SMU’s prestigious programs, such as the Lee Kuan Yew Global Business Plan Competition.
This MOU marks the beginning of an expanded partnership, creating new opportunities for students, faculty, and industry professionals from both institutions.
